Easy Winter Skin Care Tips with some Home Remedies

Winter Skin Care Tips 

Hello ,Friends !!! Wish you all a happy and prosperous New Year 2017. Today I come up with Some Winter Skin Care Tips which help you protect and deal your skin with chilly winter winds and prevent you falling victim of dry skin .

1 - Exfoliate :

Exfoliating your skin helps to get rid of dry & dead cells from the face and get back the supple and soft rejuvenated skin again . Its necessary to remove dead cells from the skin , so your face will not look dull and tired . You can exfoliate your skin 2 to 3 times a week . 

Here are some Natural Home made scrubs recipe :

  • Mix Oats with milk and Honey to make paste and scrub your face with it . ( For dry Skin)

  • Mix Rice Powder with Curd or Yogurt to make paste and scrub your face with it .(Normal to Combination Skin )

  • Use Crushed sugar with Honey and Apple cider Vinegar to make scrub for your face. (Oily Skin).
You can also use Baking Soda to exfoliate ,preferably for oily skin .

Moisturize :

Moisturize your skin is must have specially in winters , to prevent your skin from dullness and dryness . Dry and chilly wind worsen your skin . So , make proper Moisturization a habit in winters . You can Moisturize your skin with your favorite Moisturizer .

Or you can also use any of  Extra Virgin Olive Oil,  avocado oil , Organic Coconut Oil , Vitamin E oil , Sweet almond Oil and Argan Oil .

Proper Moisturization helps to make skin soft and supple and healthy. 

Wear Lip Balm :

Protect your lips from chilly winds by applying your favorite Lip balm or you can also use Sweet Almond or Olive oil on your Lips .

Use Night Cream or Hydrating Cream :

In Winters make a habit to use Hydrating or Night cream at night time . So you wake up with soft and supple and nourished skin . Night cream nourishes the skin . Use Creams which replenish your skin . You can also try creams with Vitamin E or you can also use Argan Oil at night time .

Protect :

Protect your skin in winters by wearing scarfs and mufflers . Apply Hand cream and wear gloves .

Don't Forget Sunscreen :

Sunscreen is as essential in Winters as in Summers .So protect your skin from harsh UV Rays by wearing good SPF sunscreen .

Drink Water :

Drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water to hydrate your skin well .
